INFOWine Shine begins with high-proof brandy, then they add organic dried mangos, a mix of fresh ginger and black peppercorns are also added to the mix. Mango brandy opens on the tongue with a bright tropical sweet mango quickly followed with a subtle warming ginger fading to a wonderful black peppercorn finish.

MASTER DISTILLER 

Following in the footsteps of my great grandfather who was arrested in Tennessee during prohibition for making shine; we do nothing different…except we have a license!  I’m Patrick Brooks, the head distiller at Tin City Distillery and Wine Shine.  We are located in the heart of Paso Robles, our drinking town with a farming problem.  My background in law, teaching credential, wedding officiant experience, and employment as a voice over artist has all led me to crafting spirits.  After all, we wouldn’t want you to go thirsty!  Cheers!

COCKTAILS

his brandy creates a unique addition to a Moscow mule lineup by substituting it for the vodka. It also works well with tropical cocktails and goes wonderful with a bit of ice or neat. This brandy compliments a number of primary liquors at the bar such as: vodka, rum, tequila, and gin.
