Distilled and proofed with local naturally sourced mineral water. This brandy has some great floral qualities with a somewhat nutty almost Mezcal-like finish. Neutral brandy also makes a great margarita & is nice with just soda & a lime or lemon as well.

MASTER DISTILLER 

Following in the footsteps of my great grandfather who was arrested in Tennessee during prohibition for making shine; we do nothing different…except we have a license!  I’m Patrick Brooks, the head distiller at Tin City Distillery and Wine Shine.  We are located in the heart of Paso Robles, our drinking town with a farming problem.  My background in law, teaching credential, wedding officiant experience, and employment as a voice over artist has all led me to crafting spirits.  After all, we wouldn’t want you to go thirsty!  Cheers!

COCKTAILS

Honey Margarita —Bucket Glass - Salted Rim — 1.5 oz
Netral Brandy - 1 oz lime — 1/2 oz lemon —- 1.5 oz honey
simple syrup — add all ingredients with ice into shaker —
shake and pour into salt rimmed bucket glass - garnish lime
wheel & flower
