4 dashes Angostino Bitters

1oz @Knucklenoggin Peanut Butter Whiskey
3/4oz Coffee Liqueur
3/4oz Irish Cream Liqueur
3oz Ice

Method: In a blender altogether.
To Garnish: Drizzle caramel syrup into glass.
