Alabama vodka is the first of its kind in Alabama.  A corn based vodka that is triple filtered to smooth out its demeanor.  This vodka is 5 times distilled from corn and is gluten free. It is then triple carbon filtered for an incredibly smooth finish.

THE DISTILLERY

John Emerald Distilling is a small batch craft distillery located in beautiful downtown Opelika, Alabama. We offer tours, cocktails, and bottle sales in house as well as distribute our spirits throughout Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, New York, California, Colorado, and Illinois.


We are proud of our heritage. From the original three Sharp brothers who ventured to America from Scotland to the namesake of our company, John Emerald Sharp, the Sharps have lived lives of integrity: honoring God, their fellow man and their family. So when it came time to name our distillery, the idea to honor our forefathers in name and spirit rang true.

COCKTAILS

BlackBerry Summer

- 1.5oz Elizabeth Vodka, 3 spoons of blackberries, 1.5oz simple syrup and 1.5oz lemon juice. Muddle with ice and serve dirty.

The Iron Lady

- 1.5oz Elizabeth Vodka, 1.5oz cold brew, 1oz cream, and 1oz Elizabeth Pecan Liqueur. Shake over ice and strain into a rocks glass.
