Nose: Biscuit, sweet cream, vanilla wafer, nuttiness.

Palate: Crisp, light grain, subtle sweetness, hint of honeydew melon.

Finish: Leaves a slight memory of minerality (slate or oyster shell) with a lingering finish of honey & melon.
