After a great deal of work and experimentation, we are proud to present our newest product. Whaler’s Cove Silver rum, is a premium craft silver rum, made with care and attention to quality. Made using the finest light molasses and yeast, Whaler’s Cove Silver rum is a rum like no other.

DISTILLERY 

At Fog’s End Distillery, we put quality first. As one of the oldest pioneers of craft distilling in California, we have a lot to live up to. We believe that a great spirit is something that can be enjoyed on its own, so that when used in mixed drinks or for cocktails, the spirit elevates your drinking experience. We use a mix of traditional and modern techniques so that we are able to put one foot forward while keeping the traditions and methods that work.

TASTING NOTES

Lightly agricole, with a smoky flavor and a pleasant finish. Best had neat or with your favorite mixer.

COCKTAILS

Between the sheets
1.5 oz Whaler’s Cove Silver Rum
1 oz triple Sec
1/2 oz Ounce Cognac
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Shake over ice and serve in a cocktail glass, martini glass or coupe

The Doll’s House
2 oz Whaler’s Cove Silver Rum
1 oz Giffard Fruits de la Passion
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Simple syrup
2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Shake and serve in lowball glass over ice with maraschino cherry garnish
