Western Pacific's vision was to produce a Bourbon Whiskey that was easier to drink and less harsh than the smoky Kentucky style. They set our goal to produce a smoother finish by finishing the aging in French Oak and Spanish Oak casks while still showing the charred toast of the new American Barrel.

THE DISTILLERY

 

Since 2008, friends John, Al and Janos have combined their passion for wine and winemaking to establish Western Pacific Winery. John offers his marketing, Import and Export knowledge. Al lends his hands-on winemaking and packaging experience. Janos brings 30+ years of winemaking and production and has extensive industry knowledge. The company produced their first 500 cases and soon expanded to international clientele, tapping into the high demand for wines in China and Vietnam. Western Pacific's exclusive "King Bona" label does very well in China and is sought after in many other Asian countries. The newest additions to the Western Pacific offering are distilled products–Western Pacific Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey and American Honey flavored Whiskey.
