The 100% Lambs Wool Mattress Pad is a European tradition. These fine lamb wool pads provide a more restful sleep, relieving the stress of backaches, arthritis, etc. It stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter.  In the winter, air pockets in the wool fibers trap your body heat and keep warm air circulating next to your skin providing more consistent body temperature. In the summer, the wool's absorbent, hollow fibers wick moisture away from your skin, leaving you feeling more dry and comfortable - thus allowing you to sleep more comfortably.

It's machine washable and has a deep skirt to hold it in place and fits today's mattresses. These wool mattress pads are a very unique item and not easy to find !
