History This distinctive spirit, created in collaboration with the Chicago Rabbinical Council, stands out as a kosher blend of bourbon whiskey. Though the partnership began in 2010, the first releases were in 2020. Made from high-quality grains, aged for 7 years in kosher barrels, and bottled at 94 proof, it maintains strict kosher standards. Released annually after Passover, the bourbon is meticulously distilled, aged, and bottled at the world-renowned Buffalo Trace Distillery. Founded in 1775, this historic distillery spans over 130 acres in Franklin County, Kentucky, and remains American family-owned. The bourbon's creation, using the finest corn, rye, and malted barley, achieves peak maturity in new oak barrels, earning it a place among the world's best.
